Add your health chart to ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, open Plugins and look for the blue heart with a pulse line. Sign in when ChatGPT asks. If MyChart is not connected yet, that popup continues to the hospital Allow screen, then back to the chat.

Medications

See what is on file, including stale or conflicting orders, instead of waiting on a portal message.

Ask for recent labs and vitals. Dates and source stay attached so you know which system they came from.

Appointments

Look up recent visits and what the chart recorded, including when details are missing.

Ask in your words

The first reply names the person on the chart and the source, so a shared login is harder to mix up.

Things to ask

After MyChart is connected and the plugin is signed in, try:

What health conditions do I have?
What am I allergic to?
What were my most recent lab results?
Show me my last 3 appointments.
Do I have any active medications?
Are any of my medications expired or outdated?
What was my most recent blood pressure?
When was the last time I saw a doctor?
Give me a short summary of my chart.
Are there any contradictions or stale data in my chart?
What should I ask my doctor about based on my chart?
