Log in at Piedmont MyChart or another Epic portal. We never see that password. Access is read-only USCDI data you already can see in the chart.

Add Health Chart Helper, click Sign in, and ask a normal question. The plugin retrieves Epic EHR data. It does not dump the whole chart into the chat.

Each fact can include the source, for example Piedmont Healthcare, plus the date and record type instead of a guessed summary.
